I'm using Jenkins version 2.492.1 with the latest version of the Role-Based Strategy plugin (as of July 11, 2025). Although the plugin is installed and up to date, it no longer appears under "Manage Jenkins" in the UI. It was previously working fine and visible in the configuration, but now there's no option to access or configure it.
