I have one user that cannot be added to the item roles list. Whenever I try to add him, I get told that "An entry for this user already exists" although it doesn't. I don't have the issue with that user on the global roles, I don't have the issue on item roles with any other user so far. 

Is there any config file I can check for potential dead entries?
