Missing help text for "Path to Target Platform"

      The buckminster plug adds a post-build action option to the job configuration page, called "Archive and publish an Eclipse Target Platform". If selected, there is an option "Path to Target Platform".

      If you click the "help" icon for "Path to Target Platform", you get the following erroe message:

      ERROR: Failed to load help file: Not Found
