Allow clean shutdown of testing from UI

      As a user I want to shut down long test suite so that I can examine the results of some first run tests faster.

      -Shut down running test suite from UI
      -Ensure clean shutdown i.e. all the usual logs are written from the tests that are run so far
      -Parse results normally
