Doxygen warnings parser does not extract all wanrings

      My doxygen log file contains the text

      C:/projects/basenode/top_level/src/hdl/fred.vhd:617: warning: Found unknown command `\todo'
      <unknown>:866: warning: Found unknown command `\todo'
      <unknown>:867: warning: Found unknown command `\todo'
      <unknown>:868: warning: Found unknown command `\todo'

      Only the first line of this is flagged as a warnign by the Doxygen warnings parser. The others are ignored.
