Condition to demand a parameter to exist

      Hey!

      I use the Parameterized trigger plugin.

      In my current example i use a choise parameter. With two options.
      When using build triggers thru the ivy plugin. The jobs will run even though they don't have a valid parameter.

      It would be very good with an option to demand that there must be an parameter accoring to the setup to be able to run the job or not.

          Using this Issue to implement the Run condition changes, as this issue can be fixed directly when using the latest version of the run-condition plugin.

          Other issues will be linked to this, that require the run condition changes.
