      Write to inquiries@mjsoft.com.au that created http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/jenkins-ci-speak/id533789857?mt=12 and ask for them to seek the approval of the use of the mark "Jenkins".

      The justification is in Linux trademark FAQ, which our governance document refers to.
