Unsorted output makes 'diff' dirty and difficult to read : Role Strategy Pluigin

    • Jenkins 1.410, role-strategy 1.1

this plugin outputs data to config.xml without sorting elements, for example:

      • permissions/pemisson
      • assignedSIDs/sid

Of course, this is no harm, but as a result,
simple diff of config.xml (ex. jobConfigHistory plugin) becomes very dirty ...

I found this tiny problem when using role-strategy and jobConfigHistory plugin.
When someone added 1 job, I checked system config.xml with jobConfigHistory's diff display.
Of course, diff output in this case should be 1 line, but nearly 50 lines appeared

However, this tiny problem may occur in other plugins and all kind of software code

BTW, 'pemisson' is your typo ?
It was found by spell checker of Firefox !

I know my coworker who had typoed his function name as 'sygnal' and since that time, this name had been used for 10 years and more ..
