[sidebar-link] Adding a ">" to all job configuration pages

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Download Jenkins 1.409.1 (LTS)
      • Run as a brand-new completely clean install
      • Create a new job
        • Visually inspect the job's config page to see that nothing is amiss
      • Use the plugin manager to install sidebar-link (1.5)
      • Restart Jenkins
      • Visit the job's configure page, and see the ">" appears at the top

Can you release these changes in a new version?
