Can't use JNLP-based slave in OpenID SSO mode

      The URL for downloading the jnlp file is protected with openid - this means that it's a bit harder for slaves to grab it and start up using the commands listed on the node setup page.

          This has been resolved since 1.503 as a part of SECURITY-54 fix.
