When jenkins starts the emulator the first time everything works fine, but when I start it the next time it is always in locked mode.

I have tried it with "Use emulator snapshots" and without, but neither was a solution.
I now just delete the emulator with a bash command at the end of the jenkins build, and force jenkins to create a completely new android emulator.
