Cobertura plugin should allow publishing the html version (more detailed than the xml) of the coverage reports

      Currently cobertura plugin supports publishing the coverage reports only in xml mode.
      though, cobertura supports also html reports, which are much more detailed.

      it would be great if the plugin could support showing the html reports as well.
