${WORKSPACE} target not to the workspace

      in some configurations is the ${WORKSPACE} variable not the right
      it must be for a job "i18n-build-HEAD"
      /home/ci-dev/workspace/jobs/i18n-build-HEAD/workspace
      and it is
      /home/ci-dev/workspace/workspace/i18n-build-HEAD

      but we have on the same installation for the job "core-build-HEAD" the right
      /home/ci-dev/workspace/jobs/core-build-HEAD/workspace

      we use V. 1.159
