The problem is that as an admin it is hard to troubleshoot roles and assignments without asking a user to login to my browser so I can double check my work as I make changes.

This is even more problematic when you consider larger or more complex organizations.

Some possible ideas to help with this:

• Allow an admin to switch their login to an arbitrary user.
• Add project-level sidebar item that shows all assignees and what roles the have.
• Add item to Manage Jenkin->Role Managemnt that would let you enter a project name and get the assignees and roles for that project.
