Add cppcheck to "Dashboard View"

      Description

      It would be awesome if the cppcheck plugin could be added to the https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Dashboard+View. This is the only plugin that I have right now that I can't get summary information for all my projects in one place. Please add to the dashboard view plugin in the future.

          Change component to dashboard-view.
          In my opinion, cppcheck plugin should not have any dependency to dashboard-view.
          It has to be independent.
          Therefore, I change the component issue.

          Hi, we usually go for the other way round. Every plugin can provide a portlet. The dashboard view portlet is a view and does not know anything about the underlying plugin. So it must be implemented in cppcheck plugin (as we do for warnings, coverity, ...).
