Non-admin users can not see the slave logs. They are not able to launch the slave (even they have CONFIGURE/DELETE) permission on the slave. They also can not mark the slave to temporary offline/online.

      Hi All,

I'm working on Hudson-1.395 and found that non-admin user even having "CONFIGURE/DELETE" permission can not do the following activities -
      1. No slave log view link.
      2. No slave Disconnect/Launch link.
      3. No slave mark temporary online/offline button.

I feel these existing features for ssh/jnlp slaves must be given to users having "CONFIGURE/DELETE" permission on the slaves.
I have created a pull request "#212 - Hudson 1.395.1 by sshekher for jenkinsci/jenkins". Please have a look and provide comments.
I request commiters to put the changes in master so that i'll get the fix in jenkins new release.

      Regards,
