Publish over CIFS performance is slow

      Windows XP, via Slave agent

      Copying to a CIFS share is painfully slow. It takes (consistently) 7 minutes to copy a 12MiB file to the windows share. I have tested manually copying files to exclude other workstation issues, and the same file is copied in a couple of seconds.
