Support build parameters in xml filename pattern

      The "Report violations" plugin does not support build parameters (from parametrized builds) in the "XML filename pattern", but should - so we can re-use existing job configurations without changing too much of the config file.

          Would be great if it could pick up Global properties->Environment Variables for the same reason too.. I assume these are one and the same as build parameters.

          The violations plugin is deprecated. It has an unresolved security vulnerability. The last commit to the source code repository was over 7 years ago. Closing the issue as "Won't fix"
