Groovy plugin loads weird web page in "Configure System" page.

      I tried Firefox 6 and Chromium 13

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Go to Configure System page and scroll down to Groovy installation passage
      2. Click on Add to add new groovy instance
      3. Fill in name, fill in GROOVY_HOME and click somewhere else.
      4. Now is loaded Configure System page or error 404 page just after GROOVY_HOME field.
