Set policy at project level for un-marking builds "keep forever"

      My current policy is to keep build logs "forever" & artifacts for 10 day.

      This works fine until a build is promoted & automatically marked "keep forever." Well, that part's good too ... until you promote 20 or 30 builds.

      I would love to be able to set cleanup policies - server or project level - something like the below, where underscores mark user-set parameters:

      • Unmark promoted builds at GA level "Keep Forever" after 3 newer builds are promoted to GA
      • Unmark promoted builds at QA level "Keep Forever" after 1 newer builds are promoted to GA

          nice idea, but not one I anticipate having time to work on.. I'd be happy to review a patch or pull request though.
