Incorrect Cyrillic symbols in Console output.
Can be solved by change MsBuildBuilder class
Line 122 from:

To:
if (!launcher.isUnix())

{ String winCodepage = "1251"; args.prepend("cmd.exe", "/C", "chcp", winCodepage, ">", "NUL", "&"); args.add("&&", "exit", "%%ERRORLEVEL%%"); }

But winCodepage nead add to configure.
