ClearCase plugin mis-applies UNC custom workspace paths on slave

Windows 2003 (master) and Windows XP (slave)

When specifying a UNC custom workspace, like \\server\my_path, the ClearCase plugin creates the view directory in the Hudson slave home directory; something like C:\Hudson_slave\server\my_path\, not in the UNC path.

The problem is made worse since Hudson slaves running as services on Windows XP can't use mapped drive paths, so changing the custom workspace to a mapped drive path does not help. The workaround is setup the mapped drive path in a user session, and to manually start the slave.
