Our build is currently marked "unstable" due to various plugins
(emma/findbugs/checkstyle). After each build, we receive an email "build became
unstable" though it has been for some time. Is there a single cause for this?
And is there anyway to change it, other than reconfiguring the plugins to accept
our various "issues"?
