Log in Forgm to CollabNet TeamForge is missing

      In all Jenkins Jobs. When user select the CollabNet Teamforge option form the repository browser and it should prompt the user to log in with valid credentials to CollabNet teamforgewhere. This log in form is missing in Jenkins job. I am using IE version 8 Please see the attachment.
