All the options in the Build list can not be displayed in Jenkins Job configuration

      User is unable to execute any selected option from the build ptions list. For example, if the user selects the "Execute shell" option from the build option list,the field will not be displayed. Any idea? Again I am using IE version 8 Please see the attachement
