Currently builds are set to failed by the testng plugin if it cannot find the result files at the configured configuration (NB: could you please enhance the output of the plugin, so it's more obvious why the build is failing?)

While this might be helpful to report configuration errors, it can also be annoying for jobs which just don't run any tests or just don't have tests, yet).
At least for maven jobs (don't know how it reacts in freestyle jobs) it's also inconsistent behaviour as the built-in test reporting doesn't fail the build, if it cannot find any tests.

It would be at least nice to have a configuration option to not fail the build.
