On global config page, the email address used to send notification emails is labeled as "System Admin E-mail Address". This is confusing as this suggest to use the host administrator email, but this only is the expeditor email, and in many case a fake on like "jenkins@acme.com" or "<Jenkins> do-not-reply@acme.com".
