Promotion Job Fails - Fatal Error while Casting

      Trying to promote a build fails to run the promotion job. This applies to any job I create. The error returned on the UI is "Pending promotion (promotion not queued. Please re-execute promotion)"

      The log from the promotion jobs all appear to be identical. The content of one is attached, but summary is given as

      "FATAL: hudson.plugins.promoted_builds.PromotionProcess cannot be cast to hudson.model.Project"

      The list of other installed plugins is as also attached.
