      To Reproduce:
      1. Jenkins 1.433
      2. Install Perforce plugin 1.3.3
      3. Install Reviewboard Publisher plugin 1.0.1
      4. Restart Jenkins
      5. Navigate to Manage Jenkins -> Configure System

      Result: The following error is displayed at the bottom of the screen in place of the Save button
