email-ext's standard HTML jelly template uses getAffectedFiles method for changed files in email. This interface was introduced some time ago and Clearcase plugin does not currently implement it. The change is simple yet it allows to receive list of changed files in standard jelly html email from email-ext, which is otherwise empty.
