the "Tag this Build" template is missing both the "Module URL" and "Tag URL" fields. there is no way to set the tag name.

STEPS:
0. FF3x
1. open Jenkins v1.427
2. click on "All" tabs to show a list of projects
3. select any project
4. under the "Build History" module click link from a recent build
5. click on the "Tag this Build" link locate in the left hand menu
NOTE: the template is missing "Module URL" and "Tag URL"
