cannot delete jobs build queue with security enabled.

      When security is enabled, and a User has delete permissions, the Build Queue on
      the dashboard dosn't allow jobs to be deleted. (the x icon is not displayed)

      I'm using version 1.167 with security enabled using the Active Directory plugin
