A "kill build" link from a build page and its descendants should use a URL
that's different from URLs like
"http://kohsuke.sfbay/hudson/job/jaxws-ri-unit-21-tomcat/4/executor/stop"

The above URL yields 404 if the build has already been killed/stopped. Instead
it should just come back to the original page.
