Jenkins configuration page does not work properly when Jenkins Slave SetupPlugin enabled

      Jenkins configuration page does not work properly when Jenkins Slave SetupPlugin enabled. This issue appeared since I use Jenkins 1.437 and it not fixed until now (v. 1.437). See screenshot. In such way Jenkins got stacked if this plugin enabled.
