I am not a commiter of code to certain jobs, but would like to be notified/emailed of changes in their status.
I would like a button on a job page to be able to "watch" a job, similar to the way it is possible to watch auction listings on auction web sites.
I'd like to be optionally notified when the status of the job:

• changes
• goes blue/green
• goes red
• goes unstable
• any time the job runs

These options should then also have the option of being 'sticky' i.e. they stay forever, or non-sticky i.e once a notification is sent the option is deleted.
