Error when Jenkins starts lscm.bat

      SCM version = 2.1.0

      I did the steps described on tutorial

      https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Rational+Team+Concert+Plugin

      and when try to build my project I get the error
      The java class is not found: com.ibm.team.filesystem.cli.minimal.client.FrontEndClient

      The log is attached with more information.
      I replaced the url , username, password and project name for privacy.
