Slave node does not made online if it gets above a certain threshold

      When node got locked and switched offline due to threshold it stays there forever even when Ive change threshold or extend memory it still offline.
      Only direct editing config.xml file fixes this issue.

          Duplicate of JENKINS-2548

          BTW, you can simply press the "This node is back online" button of the slave to bring it back. No need to edit config files.
