I just upgraded to 1.175 and the config screen reports the following errors
even though the directories are there. This worked in 1.174 for Junit (I just
added the findbugs plugin but the Junit error was reported before that was
installed). The files are found by the app so it looks to be a change in the
config screen error checking. The strange part is how it can find pasrt of the
directory name but not all of it. Incase it helps the artifacts directory is
not under source control.
