Findbugs "Distribution of new and fixed warnings" trend graph doesn't reflect changes in the number of issues

      The total number of issues changes in the current build with respect to the reference build, but the "Distribution of new and fixed warnings" trend graph shows no indication of this.

      The FindBugs Results Page also shows 0 new or fixed issues.
