I have problems with restarting Jenkins - after restart any builds using File parameters are missing.

I found that in build.xml there is information about temporary file ( example: /opt/tomcat/temp/upload_1f537340_13179fce22a__8000_00000077.tmp ) and this is causing errors loading the build.

Using the old Hudson 1.375 I have no problems. I bump into this issue after an upgrade to Jenkins 1.443
