      Currently only issues listed in SCM commit messages will be updated following a build. As of version 1.29, there is a new Parameter definition that allows listing/selecting JIRA issues as a result of a JQL filter.

      If the build has that parameter set, then the selected issue(s) should also be considered for updating.
