There are several lists of builds.
Job Queue
Build History
Job List (dashboard)
Warnings (of any type) per project

It might be useful to have a control on the respective portlets to Open all such list elements in new tabs/windows

CONOPS
you are reviewing all the jobs (or builds) in a list.
You have to right click, open in new window each of them.
While you are doing this you have to fight any auto refresh that could be repositioning/resorting the list contents.
Its real easy to miss one in the review.
Then review/close each item until all have been checked.

Other possibilities:
you've changed criteria in a set of jobs (cli) and want to re-run all jobs in a list (dashboard) to re-evaluate health against updated criteria.
