Jenkins cannot show change log, but there is code change

      Jenkins cannot detect any CVS code change on the env, even though there is code change in the "Console Output" and "polling log "for each build.
      Seems it will not write to changelog.xml...
      Did any one meet this issue? How could this be resolved?? Thanks in advance.

      The server is Solaris, Jenkins 1.428.
