Add an option to the generator descriptors to allow converting the input markup to 4.0 storage format. Allows older markup generators to continue working with 4.0, however, the wiki markup will be converted prior to performing edits of the wiki page.

This is done using the SOAP convertWikiToStorageFormat(String token, String content) method.
