The doxygen plugin parses the doxyfile correctly and also publishes correctly. But when one tries to view the doxygen Jenkins reports a 404 error. One has to append /html to the URL to make it work. The plugin detected the output directory correctly from the OUTPUT_DIRECTOR option but didn't append the /html. My Doxyfile has HTML_OUTPUT not set and thus doxygen takes the default html.
