User Name and Password are necessary only for "verify" action

      In my case, I want to force user login only in project job and not use credencial from jenkins main configuration.
      Maybe, it's not necessary to put "required" label on UserName et password fields.
      But only, requiered label on "verify" action.

          I do not see what you say.
          Credential is mandatory to update mantis ticket and you can only enter it in main configuration.
