I have some processes in my build configuration. But by one proces it takes a wile before tomcat is down. But Jenkins is already doing the next step. And then the build fails because the process wasn't ready.

So I would like to see a buildstep where you can put a number of seconds. So Jenkins wait for a several of seconds.
