config gets zapped when saving and hitting logon challange

      If I save a configuration and my installation is configured to require a login
      if my login has timed out I get a logon challange and after I log back on my
      project configuration is shiped out.

          Fixed in 1.190.

          Login now happens at the time you attempt to load config, not when you attempt
          to submit the config.
