Hudson currently limits "Use Update" for svn checkouts to on or off. It would
be useful to perform updates sometimes and perform full builds other times.
I've found this to be very useful in other CI systems.

I'd suggest having these options, at least:

[x] Use Update
[x] Force full update after failure
Force full update after [5] clean builds

I don't know if this one would be useful, but having a cron pattern could be
nice to force a full update once a day, etc:

Schedule a full update after
[0 7-23 * * * ]
