make JDK download locations configurable in Jenkins UI for Slave JDK install so we can use our local fileserver to host JDKs

      this is important since the current JDK installation fails (can't parse oracle.com website - see JENKINS-13178 )

          It seems to me that you can currently configure the download location in Jenkins UI. And since Jenkins 1.510, the slave is supposed to download the JDK directly (JENKINS-17330).

          Is this issue already fixed?

          I also want to add that Jenkins supports custom installers, which can be declared instead of the standard JDK Installer. There is nothing to do in this ticket
